CitiMed’s laboratory services provide comprehensive diagnostic testing, drug and alcohol testing, and health screenings. CitiMed is here for you when you need a quick lab or screening test. Many of our tests and screenings are processed on-site for faster results, and our providers will often discuss your test results with you at the time of your visit. Laboratory tests can be utilized to diagnosis or screen for various medical conditions, ranging from routine cholesterol checks to sophisticated cancer screenings. A simple blood draw or urine sample can be used to diagnose, monitor, treat, or prevent medical illnesses.

Our staff is highly-trained in a full range of diagnostic tests, from general wellness screenings to complex tests from specialty physicians. CitiMed offers instant, on-site, or lab-based urine drug testing. A DOT 5 panel which includes Marijuana (THC), Cocaine, Amphetamines, Phencyclidine (PCP), and Opiates, or a 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 drug panel can be created to meet your individual needs. The expanded panel drug test includes Marijuana (THC), Cocaine, Amphetamines, Phencyclidine (PCP), Opiates, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methadone, Oxycodone, and Methamphetamine.
