Abhishek Kumar, MD
Dr. Abhishek Kumar specializes in minimally-invasive spine surgery and motion preservation spine surgery. He graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences, followed by his medical degree. He completed his internship and residency at McGill University in Quebec and his fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York with a specialization in Orthopedic Spine Surgery.
He is a member of several professional organizations, including the North American Spine Society, Lumbar Spine Research Society, American Academy of Orthopedics Surgeons, and Society for Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery, among others.
